Why Michael Ignatieff wants an election right now

"I think it is entirely possible that the end of the recession may well be dated at some point in the middle of the third quarter – which means July, August."

July? So just four weeks from now, economists think Canada's economy will start growing again?

And -- even right now, in the middle of the recession -- the Liberals and Conservatives are statistically tied?

But don't worry too much about Ignatieff.

“If I am not elected, I imagine that I will ask Harvard to let me back,” Ignatieff said.
